Fishermen's Green Market & Deli has operated since 2008 inside Fishermen's Terminal, functioning as both a specialty food market and a full-service deli with a coffee bar built into the same space. It serves the fishing community and waterfront workforce of Seattle's Interbay neighborhood, along with anyone who wanders down to the Terminal.
Sandwiches are made to order on artisan breads from local bakeries, stacked with locally curated meats and cheeses. The Reuben, the Spicy Wild Salmon Melt, and The Corleone are called out as popular picks, and any sandwich can be built gluten-free, low-carb, or as a wrap. Beer, wine, pastries, and pantry staples fill out the market side.
Beyond counter service, the deli handles box lunches and boat provisions, supplying sandwich platters and pantry goods to fishing crews and offices working out of the Terminal.
