The Spot
The building that houses The Brickyard Downtown dates to 1920 and once served as home to the city's first newspaper, which operated out of the space until the 1960s. The original brick, tin tile ceiling, and concrete floors from that era remain exposed throughout the dining room.

The kitchen, led by Executive Chef Aaron Cortez and Chef de Cuisine Fred Bartlett, works in a seasonal sharing-plates format — food meant to be split across the table rather than eaten solo, with the menu built around conversation as much as the plates themselves.

The bar side runs its own creative cocktail program, treating each drink as its own build — ingredient-driven, seasonally revised, and central to the room's identity alongside the food.
