The Pantry has operated on Cerrillos Road since 1948, a family-owned kitchen turning out scratch-made comfort food for Santa Fe. Breakfast runs all day, backed by homemade desserts and nightly specials, and the green chile has become the restaurant's calling card — the kitchen reports going through more than seven tons of it a year, alongside over 300,000 eggs, 26 tons of potatoes, and two tons of coffee.
