The Spot
Gatsby's pairs a cocktail lounge with a dining room built around a wide-ranging menu that doesn't stay in one lane. Starters run through crab cakes, tuna and bison tartare, fried oysters, fritto misto, and a Royal Ossetra caviar service with blinis and crème fraîche, alongside salads and soups like a green chile clam chowder and a mushroom bisque finished with white truffle foam.

Entrées move across cuisines rather than settling into one: Colorado rack of lamb, pan-seared Chilean seabass with hatch green chile risotto, a Thai yellow curry, and a chicken tikka masala the menu traces to a family recipe from 1972. Steak options include a 30-day dry-aged prime ribeye, prime beef tenderloin, and a Berkshire pork tomahawk. A separate late-night menu shifts toward sliders, street tacos, asada quesadilla, and asada nachos.

A wine and cocktail program runs alongside the kitchen's output, and the atmosphere is a consistent draw for regulars, even as reports on the food itself run hit-or-miss.
