Serea sits inside the Hotel del Coronado, right along the water, serving as the hotel's signature restaurant. Chef Jojo Ruiz, a San Diego native, runs the kitchen with a menu built on sustainable seafood and Mediterranean-inspired flavors — oysters, whole grilled fish, and octopus among the seafood the restaurant is known for.
