Mr.Charlie's TMS brings plant-based fast food to Pacific Beach, swapping meat and dairy for plant-based patties, plant-based cheese, and Tindle chicken alternatives across a menu of burgers, sandwiches, and nuggets. Co-founders Aaron Haxton and Taylor McKinnon built the brand together, pairing Haxton's design-and-whimsy sensibility with McKinnon's kitchen background.
The menu runs through familiar fast-food shapes done vegan: Not a Hamburger and Not a Cheeseburger, the double-patty Mr.Chuck and Mr.Royale with Cheese, a Not a Chicken Sandwich built on Tindle, and Not Chicken Nuggets alongside fries and Mr.FluffHead plant-based ice cream. A breakfast lineup adds the Mr.Muffin, built with plant-based egg, plant-based cheese, and vegan mayo on a vegan muffin.
