Allmine is a neighborhood restaurant on South Coast Highway in Oceanside built around pizza, natural wine, and local beer. The dough goes through a three-day process before it hits the oven, and the sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy.
Much of the kitchen's work happens from scratch: burrata made in house, bread baked in house, and sausage that's ground and smoked for six hours on site. Dressings, pickles, marinades, syrups, jams, and sauces are all made by the team rather than bought in, and vegetables and meats are sourced locally.
The wine list runs natural, organic, and vegan, sourced from small producers and micro wineries, alongside beer from local brewers.
