Curry Boys BBQ opened in October 2020 and has since moved into what it calls the "Pink Palace," a historic home in San Antonio's Tobin Hill neighborhood along the St. Mary's Strip. The concept comes from the team behind Pinch Boil House & South BBQ, pairing Texas barbecue with Southeast Asian curry in the form of rice bowls — the menu centers on what it calls the "Perfect Bowl."
