Bird & Co. serves tacos in Portland's Back Cove neighborhood, sourcing ingredients from Maine whenever possible. Beyond the restaurant itself, the operation includes a food truck and a catering arm that handles weddings, business lunches, dinners, and cocktail receptions. The regular menu is supplemented with a weekend vegan brunch and lunch service, and the restaurant also bottles its own taco oil for retail.
