The Spot
Butterfly Belly takes its name from the idea of a butterfly gathering nectar from many flowers, which is the same logic behind a menu that pulls dishes from across Asia rather than sticking to one country's cooking. The kitchen runs dedicated gluten- and MSG-free, and the phở list is built around a 48-hour bone broth beef base, with a Steak/OMG version, a Garden Chicken option, a Butterfly Meatballs bowl, and a lower-fat Pho Fit made from a garden-and-beef broth blend.

The rest of the menu moves through pad thai, vermicelli bowls, yellow curry grilled chicken, luc lac steak, salted squid, fried rice, and a handful of salads, with eggrolls, salad rolls, and fried ice cream rounding things out. Drinks lean into Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, smoothies, and Italian sodas alongside a small beer selection.

It functions as a neighborhood spot in the fuller sense — regulars point to the owner's hospitality, karaoke nights, and a phở they customize and order the same way visit after visit.
