Say She Ate brings a Mumbai-inflected, entirely vegan menu to Graduate Hospital, built on the prasadam tradition and the legacy of Govinda's kitchen. The kitchen is kosher certified and leans on millets and quinoa across much of the menu, including a Protein Benne Dosa made from a millet-quinoa batter and turned into protein bowls of grains, vegetables, and chutneys.
The menu moves between Indian street snacks and Philly comfort food: samosa chaat, a mini bucket of samosas with dips, pakoras, masala fries tossed in house podi, and a vegan take on the cheesesteak sit alongside a kofta bowl and avocado toast. Coffee, chai, and chocolate are made from Indian beans, leaves, and cocoa.
