The Spot
Baby's Kusina + Market pairs a modern Filipino kitchen with an attached market on West Girard Avenue. The food program shifts through the day — a breakfast menu, an afternoon merienda, and a full food menu — built from scratch and centered on Filipino flavors and ingredients, with seasonal menus that change based on availability.

The pastry case runs daily and includes ensaymada, bibingka, and Filipino-inspired donuts that have built a following of their own. Espresso drinks are made with barako beans, a rare liberica varietal sourced from Lipa, Batangas through supplier Minorya and roasted locally by Càphê Roasters.

Service runs counter-style during the day and brunch, shifting to table service for dinner. The market section sells Filipino and Southeast Asian ingredients and gifts alongside the restaurant. Philadelphia Magazine named Baby's Kusina + Market one of the city's best in 2025.
