The Spot
Henry's Palm Beach takes its name from Henry Morrison Flagler, the resort's founder, and operates as an American-inspired bistro at Via Flagler by The Breakers, just blocks from the main hotel. The concept leans into elevated comfort food with a nostalgic streak, built for brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks in a neighborhood-restaurant setting.

The all-day menu runs from raw bar staples like oysters and shrimp cocktail to composed entrées: Butter Crumb Dover Sole with creamy rice grits, Chicken Pot Pie, a Tavern Twin Patty Burger, and a Beef Wellington served Fridays and Saturdays. Pasta rotates by day of the week, from Monday's hand-torn spaghettini to Sunday's baked pasta with meatballs and sausage. Brunch runs daily and includes a Crab Cake Benedict with blue crab and hollandaise alongside a Caesar salad with kalamata olives and garlic croutons.

The bar program includes hand-crafted cocktails, local craft beers on tap, and a wine list built around by-the-glass pours, flights, and bottles.
