Oceano sits on Lucerne Avenue in Lake Worth Beach, run by chefs Jeremy and Cindy Bearman — a husband-and-wife team handling the kitchen and dining room together. The two spent more than 20 years cooking in New York, San Francisco, and Las Vegas, including time working under Daniel Boulud, Joel Robuchon, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Alex Stratta, and Alfred Portale. Jeremy served as Executive Chef at Rouge Tomate in New York, while Cindy worked as Pastry Chef at ABC Kitchen. Oceano is their first restaurant together.
The menu changes weekly, built around local ingredients as they come into season, and the kitchen runs on a wood-fired oven special-ordered from Italy for high-heat cooking.
