Ela Curry & Cocktails takes its name from the Sanskrit word for cardamom, one of the spices threaded through a menu built on Chef Pushkar Marathe's memories of growing up in India, drawing especially on his mother's cooking. It's the second concept from Flavor Builders, the team behind Marathe and Andy Dugard's other Palm Beach Gardens spots, Mango Mercado and Stage Kitchen & Bar.
The kitchen works across street food and more composed Indian dishes, aiming for the aromas and presentation of eating in India rather than a single regional style. The cocktail program shares equal billing with the food in both the name and the room, and has built its own following among regulars.
The Palm Beaches magazine named Ela a Best New Restaurant of 2025, and Michelin selected it for its 2026 guide.
