The Spot
Aioli runs as a casual bakery-cafe with locations across the area, built around daily fresh-baked bread — ciabatta, seeded sourdough, walnut raisin, baguette — made in-house, with sourdough classes offered for anyone who wants to learn the process. The kitchen works from scratch: nitrate-free meats, house-made pasta like cavatappi and fettuccini, house-made kimchi, fermented chili sauce, BBQ sauce and marinara, and produce sourced from named farms like Swank Farms.

The daily menu runs through breakfast items like biscuits with house-made sausage gravy, sandwiches, salads and soups, alongside a rotating lineup of pick-up dinners — chicken pot pie with house-made pastry crust, baked ziti with house-made marinara, shepherd's pie, braised brisket — plus a banh mi built on their own hoagie bread. Catering and to-go format shape the operation as much as sit-down dining.

Aioli earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in the 2026 guide and was named a best new restaurant by The Palm Beaches city magazine in 2025.
