Vacca Steakhouse serves a la carte fine dining built around USDA Prime steaks. The menu centers on the classics — a 10oz filet or 14oz ribeye, a double-cut pork chop, a veal chop, and slow-roasted prime rib served with a choice of sides — alongside a petite filet paired with crab cake. A crab cake also appears on its own, served with salad. A simpler daytime menu offers a burger and brew, plus a lunch pork chop with Lyonnaise potatoes, for a more casual visit to the same room.
