The Spot
Fury's has run as a single, family-owned restaurant since 1983, working from recipes passed down through the Fury family. Seafood comes in fresh daily from Louisiana vendors, and the kitchen makes its own dressings, sauces, tartar, gumbo, étouffée, batter, and stuffings in house.

The menu leans into New Orleans and Italian standards: a Seafood Platter with Gulf oysters, shrimp, catfish, and soft shell crab, a Shrimp & Oyster Plate, and Crawfish Étouffée served year-round. Chicken Parmesan and meatballs have their own following, and Crawfish Bread shows up as a seasonal favorite around Jazz Fest.

The dining room and bar were remodeled in 2023, forty years into the restaurant's run. Fury's was named to NOLA.com's Where NOLA Eats best-of list in 2025.
