Ottimo on 5th grew out of Roma, a longstanding Italian spot that had built a loyal following in Naples over the years. When its owners wanted to push the concept further, they reworked the space into Ottimo, a modern Italian restaurant and bar on Fifth Avenue South in Old Naples.
Executive Chef Sean Cooper heads the kitchen, working alongside a full bar program in the same address. The menu leans into elegant presentation, with the meatballs and prawns standing out as regular favorites among guests.
