The Spot
Osteria Tulia holds the distinction of being Naples, Florida's first osteria, housed in a restored Italian farmhouse on Fifth Avenue South in Old Naples. Chef Vincenzo Betulia built the menu around the cuisine of his childhood and the tradition of the osteria itself — the informal village tavern serving simple, homemade specialties alongside regional wines.

The kitchen makes its own dough, pasta, cheese, and sausage in house, curing its own salumi and drawing on artisanal growers from Italy and America alongside local produce and seafood. Betulia has spoken about building the menu on few ingredients handled with care, describing it as staying true to the humble roots of Italian cooking.

Regulars and visitors alike point to fresh ingredients, warm hospitality, and standout desserts as reasons Fifth Avenue South keeps them coming back.
