Quang Restaurant has been serving Vietnamese food on Nicollet Avenue's Eat Street since 1989, running as a family-owned kitchen in the Powderhorn neighborhood for over three decades.
Pho anchors the menu, including the #503 combo loaded with beef, meatballs, tripe, tendon, and brisket, alongside Bun Bo Hue. The kitchen also turns out egg rolls, tofu spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, and dishes like Banh Cuon and Bun Ca that go beyond the usual pho-and-spring-rolls expectations.
A renovation before the pandemic brought a cleaner, more modern dining room along with an expanded private event space and a front patio.
Quang has been named to Eater's Essential 38 list for Minneapolis and has built a loyal regular following over its years on Eat Street.
