The Spot
Wild Swann takes its name from the building's own past: J.B. Wilder, who produced medicinal bourbon on the site in 1883, and the Swann-Abram Hat Company, which made Kentucky Derby hats there in the 1920s. The restaurant leans into that history, framing itself around Kentucky ingenuity and hospitality.

Ingredients are sourced from Kentucky's side of the Ohio River, and the bar runs on a bourbon-forward program alongside vermouth and bitters-driven cocktails. Bread pudding paired with a pour of bourbon is part of the lineup.

The restaurant also operates as a private event space, set inside a downtown Louisville building steps from Fourth Street Live! and the city's cluster of museums and entertainment venues.
