The Spot
Tin Kitchen occupies the old Rumpel Hardware building in downtown Weston, Missouri, a structure dating to 1842 that's been restored to keep its original pressed-tin ceilings and walls intact. It operates as a neighborhood counter-service restaurant with catering on the side.

The kitchen smokes over pecan wood for up to 16 hours, turning out pulled pork, brisket, smoked chicken, and contest-style ribs. Grilled meats and fish, Southern-style sides, crisp salads, and desserts fill out the rest of the menu. TK2, the Public House attached to Tin Kitchen, adds a full bar with craft beer on tap and wine and cocktails alongside television sports.
