The Spot
Amrina, in The Woodlands, is led by Chef Jassi Bindra, who structures the kitchen around a handful of different ways to eat rather than a single fixed menu. There's a six-course Chef's Table that puts diners in direct contact with the kitchen team, a seafood and caviar service, and a steak program where guests select their own rub, baste, and sauce.

A separate elevated tapas bar runs alongside the main dining room, with its own tasting menu and a cocktail list built specifically for that space.

Amrina has been named to the Eater 38 and included in Houstonia Magazine's 2025 best-of list.
