The Spot
Detroit 75 Kitchen was started by brothers Mike and Ahmad Nassar, who began serving sandwiches out of a food trailer at their family's truck stop near the Ambassador Bridge. What was built for truck drivers passing through drew a local following, and the original spot on Fort Street in Delray remains the flagship today. The brothers later expanded into a dine-in restaurant in Madison Heights.

The menu runs on scratch cooking: a Detroit Style Cheesesteak built from ribeye and sirloin with roasted peppers and caramelized onions on a house-baked sesame roll, a smoked Atwater Chicken sandwich, an Orleans Shrimp Po'Boy with house-made remoulade, and chicken shawarma wrapped in toasted pita with triple-fried fries tucked inside. Hand-cut fries, cheesesteak egg rolls, and a rotating Friday fish sandwich round things out, alongside sides like garlic cilantro fries and a pomegranate thyme fattoush.
