Los Guachos traces back to the Nonato family, who came from a line of taqueros in Mexico before immigrating to the U.S. and saving enough to buy a single taco truck. That truck grew into a taqueria, and the business now runs four locations around Columbus, including the Godown Road spot in The Gables.
