The Spot
Cilantro Latin Fusion sits on Sawmill Road in Northwest Columbus, built on a family-run approach to Latin cooking made entirely from scratch. The kitchen turns out arepas in several forms — one filled with chicken avocado salad, a vegan version with king oyster mushrooms and fried sweet plantains, and the Pabellon Arepa — alongside cachapas, a signature ceviche, lomo saltado, and the 614 Arepa served with cilantro rice.

Yuca fries and Venezuelan Flan round out the food menu, while the bar leans into the same identity with a Peach Whiskey Punch, a Lemoncello Daiquiri, and a white sangria that regulars order by name.

Beyond the Sawmill Road restaurant, Cilantro runs food trucks in Grandview and Columbus and handles private parties and catering for larger groups. Columbus Monthly named it one of the city's best restaurants in 2025.
