The Spot
Del Seoul sits on Clark Street in Lincoln Park, splitting its menu between Korean-Mexican fusion tacos and a full Korean lineup. The tacos come on corn tortillas filled with options like sesame-chili shrimp, grilled kalbi short rib, blackened tofu, or sambal fish. Alongside them sits a standard Korean menu — bibimbop and dolsot bibimbop, japchae, a spicy tofu hotpot, and Korean banh mi sandwiches on toasted baguette.

Shareable plates push further into the fusion lane: kalbi poutine, kimchi fries with pork belly, and jumbo lollipopped K-town chicken wings glazed in sweet soy, chili, and garlic. Bento box dinners round things out with grilled bulgogi or kalbi plated with egg omelette, mixed greens, and rice.

The chicken wings and the tacos in particular have built a strong following over the years.
