Vicious Biscuit opened its first location in Mount Pleasant in December 2018, building a menu around biscuit creations that hadn't been seen in the Lowcountry before — dishes like The Fat Boy, The Vicious, and The Flame Thrower alongside shareables like Sweet Puppies and Vicious Beignets. The concept found an immediate following, with lines forming outside the original location.
The menu runs on Southern comfort staples built around the biscuit: buttermilk and cheddar jalapeño versions topped with fried chicken, pimento cheese, sausage gravy, or smoked ham, plus dishes like Shrimp & Grits, Crab Benny, and a fried chicken and sweet potato waffle plate called Bird and Belgian. Sides and shareables round things out with fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese, and sweet potato fritters.
