Salaryman takes its name from the Japanese term for a white-collar worker known for long hours balanced by after-work socializing, and the restaurant builds its concept around that same balance of hard work and good times. The space reflects the split: a family-friendly dining room, a 21+ bar with sports on the big TVs, and a large dog-friendly patio.
The menu leans on bar favorites — pizza, wings, burgers — given Japanese or Korean twists, alongside modern takes on bibimbap, ramen, and steamed bao buns. The bulgogi buns have developed a following of their own. A full bar program runs alongside the food, with local beer, wine, handcrafted cocktails, and dedicated sake and Japanese whisky selections.
The restaurant sits in the Toco Hills Shopping Center on North Druid Hills Road. The Infatuation has covered it as part of its Atlanta guide.
