The Spot
Amasa Mexican Kitchen brings Baja California-inspired cooking to Alpharetta City Center, run as a sister concept to Chichería Mexican Kitchen. The entire menu is gluten-free, built by Executive Chef Joey Vazquez around house-made, organic, non-GMO blue corn tortillas and a seafood-leaning lineup.

The kitchen turns out Baja fish tacos, sweet corn esquites, ceviche, carne asada fries, and sizzling fajitas, paired with handcrafted cocktails, classic margaritas, and margarita flights from an expanded tequila program.

Beyond dinner, Amasa runs a weekend brunch buffet and family-friendly programming, with live entertainment part of the room's regular rhythm. Rough Draft Atlanta has included the restaurant in its local coverage.
