Five Japanese spots clear our bar in Tampa. One hits the top tier.
Koya leads, a Michelin One Star in Hyde Park and the only Delicious as F*ck on this list. Behind it, four Damn Good spots all carrying Michelin Selected — in between days in St. Petersburg, Kinjo also in Hyde Park, Noble Rice in Channelside, and Sushi Sho Rexley downtown. Prices swing from $$ to $$$$, but the Selected badges hold across the board. Tampa's Japanese scene is small but it's not padded.
