Rocca sits at the top — a Michelin One Star and James Beard Finalist in Tampa Heights, at $$$$. Behind it, two Damn Good rooms carry Michelin Selected badges: Il Ritorno in Downtown St. Petersburg and OLIVIA in Palma Ceia, both $$$. Three spots out of 147 we track citywide, but all three are worth the drive.
