One Mexican spot clears our bar in Seattle. It happens to be a James Beard Finalist.
Pancita, in Ravenna, is the only Mexican restaurant in our Seattle guide, and it's Damn Good — with a James Beard Finalist 2024 badge to back it up at $$$$. That's a thin list, but it's not a weak one. Seattle's Mexican scene hasn't built out yet under our rating system; this is the one worth your money right now.
