El Chingon Philly and South Philly Barbacoa lead at Delicious — a Bib Gourmand with a Beard semifinalist nod, and a straight-up James Beard Winner slinging barbacoa for cheap. Behind them, three Damn Good spots round it out: Heavy Metal Sausage Co., a Beard semifinalist itself, plus Bomb Bomb Bar and Stina. Small list, heavy hitters. South Philly doesn't need volume to make its case.
