El Chingon Philly leads, a Bib Gourmand pick in South Philadelphia with a James Beard Semifinalist nod. South Philly Barbacoa backs it up in Bella Vista, cheap and carrying a James Beard Winner badge from 2022. Amá rounds it out in Fishtown at Damn Good, a 2026 Semifinalist still finding its footing.
