Three Chinese spots clear our bar in Denver. Two carry Michelin Bibs.
MAKfam in Baker and Hop Alley in Five Points both hold a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2026, plus James Beard Semifinalist nods a year apart. That's the top of the list, and it's a strong top. Zoe Ma Ma Boulder rounds it out at Damn Good, a Michelin Selected pick running at $ prices out in Boulder. Small field, but nothing here is filler.
