Guerra Steakhouse is a fine dining steakhouse built around family. The restaurant carries the name of Ermides Guerra, who was born a farmer in Guatemala and passed his love of steak and fresh food down through family celebrations. His family now runs the restaurant in his memory, with the kitchen led by a family member and the rest of the staff, from bartenders to cooks, drawn from the same family.
