Coco's Sandwich Shop has operated in Ybor City for over 35 years, run today by Carlos, who took over from the shop's original owner and remodeled the space. The renovation added tables built for groups — families, friends, neighbors — meant to encourage people to sit and stay rather than grab a sandwich and go.
