Cajun Cafe on the Bayou has been serving authentic Louisiana cooking in Pinellas Park for over 29 years. It started out on Park Blvd, where it sat on the bayou from 1996 to 2019, before relocating to its current spot on 66th Street North that September. The name stuck even after the move — the kitchen and key staff carried over.
The draw is straightforward Cajun and Louisiana cooking, with fresh seafood and oysters as a particular strength. It's earned a reputation as a bit of a hidden gem off the main path, the kind of place regulars build into their routine rather than stumble into once.
