Our Take
OMO Thai Tea opened in 2025 as a to-go focused shop in Northwest Bellevue, built around a house blend of tea leaves that's hand-pulled — poured between vessels to mix, froth, and cool the tea to drinking temperature. One of its founders is from Thailand, and the shop bills itself as Seattle's first Thai tea cafe.

The menu pairs that tea with soft-serve in combinations like Thai Tea x Ube, a Thai Green Float, and Thai Tea with OMO Cream, alongside a Classic Thai Tea and Classic Thai Green, coconut non-dairy versions of both, and a S'Mores Hot Chocolate. Sweetness levels can be adjusted to order.

Regulars point to the range of flavors, quick service even when lines build, and consistency from visit to visit.
