Morning Kick is a fast casual breakfast cafe built around burritos and bowls made with 14-inch local tortillas, seasoned tots, cage-free eggs, and shredded cheese. The Cowboy comes with bacon cooked and crumbled in-house, while the Monterrey is built on carne asada. Everything comes with house-made salsa on the side.
The sandwich lineup includes the Kevin, with bacon and cage-free eggs on a locally-sourced English muffin or brioche toast, and The B.E.S.T., stacked with bacon, eggs, spinach, and tomato. The Breakfast Totchos, a tots-and-eggs bowl topped with pickled jalapenos and pico, has been on the menu since the restaurant's food truck days in 2017 — that truck still sets up every Saturday at the Downtown Gilbert Farmers Market.
