Clafoutis is a family business run by Anne-Laure and Philippe Ligier, alongside their daughters Charlotte and Marylou. Philippe began baking at 14 in Maiche, France, and by 19 he and Anne-Laure had opened their first boulangerie in Chaussin, a small commune in eastern France, before eventually bringing that background to Santa Fe.
The counter turns out French bakery staples — quiche, croissants and other pastries, in-house bread, and beignets — alongside salads and a French toast plate served with salmon. Cafe au lait and cappuccino round out the drink list.
Santa Fe Reporter named Clafoutis among its city magazine's best of 2025.
