Dang Burger started as burger nights among friends, popping up around the 805 area starting in mid-2020. After three years of events at local breweries and restaurants, it landed in a permanent home inside Sunburst Wine Bar in Carpinteria in late 2023.
The menu stays narrow: burgers cooked simply and well, fries finished in beef tallow, and a handful of vegetarian and vegan options for anyone skipping the beef. The bar and patio setup has become part of the draw, a low-key place to linger.
