Zorch Pizza began as a food truck parked outside Richmond breweries before growing into two permanent spots. The Carytown location keeps that original quick-service spirit: whole pies and individual slices for people passing through the neighborhood, rather than the sit-down bar format of its Forest Hill sibling.
The pizza is New York-style, made with house-made ingredients. A vodka sauce pie has developed a following, and the menu includes vegan options alongside the classic lineup.
