Cappadocia Mediterranean Kitchen operates out of Hollywood Q, the multi-vendor food hall in Portland's Hollywood neighborhood, serving colorful ceramic plates of Turkish specialties at a communal counter setup. The menu runs wider than standard kebab-shop fare: lahmacun comes scattered with seasoned ground beef, while a mozzarella-topped version is finished with sucuk, the Turkish answer to pepperoni. Mezes, grilled specialties, and traditional desserts round out the lineup alongside the kebabs that anchor the menu — adana kebab arrives with tomato-flecked rice, a tomato-and-onion salad, warm pita, and a scoop of olive oil-based hot sauce, and the İskender kebab is a signature order. A combo plate lets diners sample across the menu in one sitting. Catering is also offered for larger gatherings.
