Ristorante Santucci sits on Clematis Street in Downtown West Palm Beach, opened in 2014 by chef and owner Emilio Santucci. Emilio grew up in Sicily around his family's fruit and vegetable land before training in top hotels and restaurants and graduating culinary school in Belgium in 1988. That same year, he and his brother opened their first restaurant, San Tucci, in Brussels — the name that carried over to this second location decades later.
The kitchen works from family recipes and fresh produce, turning out homemade pasta alongside various preparations of meat, fish, salads, and soups. The restaurant remains family owned, with Emilio still at the helm of the kitchen.
