The Spot
Two Mixed Up started as a food truck in 2021, built by two families from across the street who combined their strengths: one cooked savory food, the other baked. The truck moved into a small kitchen at B-Dale Club in Roseville before settling into its current home inside Graze Provisions + Libations in North Loop Minneapolis, with a second location at the Plaza Skyway downtown and a rotating presence inside Target Field on game days.

The menu keeps that original savory-and-sweet split. Burgers and a fried chicken sandwich anchor the savory side, alongside chicken teriyaki bowls, chicken tenders with house honey mustard BBQ sauce, and a mac and cheese with chicken. Cookies and other baked goods, made in-house, cover dessert.

Regulars point to the PB&J burger and the fried chicken sandwich as standouts, and the Plaza Skyway location has become a lunchtime convenience for the downtown office crowd. Portions run on the larger side, and the counter-service, food-hall setup keeps things quick and casual.
