Mama Safia's Kitchen works the way a real neighborhood restaurant is supposed to work: it feeds Phillips well, night after night, without needing to perform for anyone outside it. The consensus from people who actually eat there lands on the same words over and over — authentic, consistent, worth it. That kind of agreement isn't an accident.
