Mojito in Havana traces back to 2004, when the first Havana Rumba opened in Saint Matthews. The concept grew from there — a Mojito Tapas Restaurant in 2007, a second Havana Rumba in Middletown in 2010, a Tapas Bar in 2015 — before the original Saint Matthews location moved to Shelbyville Road in 2019 and took on its current name.
